| Shipping Policy |
Standard Delivery :
90% of All of our orders are shipped out within 48 hours by UPS. Our website is connected with UPS online database to provide most accurate information on shipping and transit time. We do ship orders that are less than $25.00 by United States Postal Service priority or first class mail. All orders are shipped electronically. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
Express Shipping :
For express shipping, orders have be placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time each day in order for our warehouse to have sufficient time to complete the order. Cost are also real time cost provided by UPS. The options are Overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day.

| Refund Policy |
All refused and returned shipment must be made within 30 days after the order is made. Full Refund of the products without shipping will be credited back to the credit card. For order above $100.00 or a faulty ordering caused by customer, a 10% restocking charge will be incurred. Items being used or damaged will not be accepted. Charge will be billed to your credit card or other payment method immediately. If you ordered the wrong item or wrong color and just want to do an replacement, we will only charge you the actual shipping cost for the 2nd shipment and also refund (or recharge) you the price difference for the replacement.
